Class, Workshop, or Demo? What's That?
- A Class is primarily structured, where students sit-down, listen, and take notes.
- A Workshop is hands-on participation in learning a technique or skill and often involves making something. Supplies are frequently necessary for workshops.
- A Demo focuses on the instructor's actions and instruction, with little or no student hands-on but lots of spectator interest.
- Other means any other type of class, such as a roundtable discussion, or ?
- For the purpose of shortening the wordage on this form, Class will stand for class, workshop and/or demo.
