Great Western War XIII

Arts & Sciences Class / Workshop / Demo Proposal Form

*** CLOSED ***
Deadline for class submissions: August 30, 2010

1. Submit a separate form for each class / workshop / demo

2. Fill out all information so we can help you to have:
2a: A really good class / workshop / demo listing in our GWW publicity
2b: A good teaching experience with students who know what to expect

3. Teachers get A&S information as a group so put Arts@caid-gww.org in your contact list to avoid our being classified as spam. Not receiving GWW A&S Area information can hamper teaching a class effectively

NAMING OF NAMES: "A&S" was the original name of the Arts & Sciences area. Last year, Artisans Enclave was added to introduce the concept of workshops & demos, so we called the mixture "The A&S Area". This year we want to emphasize the sciences, so are returning to our original A&S name. Confused? It’s still the same game so come play anyway!

Class, Workshop, or Demo? What's That?

Confused about the terminology? Have no fear, it is quite simple. Many of our Arts and Sciences offerings are a mixture of techniques -- some lecture, some hands-on, some demonstration.

NOTE: For the purpose of shortening the wordage on this form, “Class” will stand for class, workshop and/or demo.
