Merchant Checklist

Please be sure to include all items listed below when returning you merchant packet to the Merchant Stewards. Failure to include any of these items will result in the packet being returned to you and admittance denied. Please note all forms must be filled out completely and submitted by deadline date.

1. Your completed GWW XII Merchant Registration Form PDF (or in MS Word Format).
2. Your signed GWW XII Merchant Agreement
3. Your check or money order in U.S. dollars for all merchant fees. Please make checks payable to: "S.C.A., Inc. / Kingdom of Caid". Partial payments, cash, or credit cards will NOT be accepted.
4. A copy of your California Resellers License.
5. Food Merchants are responsible for the Environmental Health Temporary Food Permit from Kern County. You may find the application forms at: http://www.co.kern.ca.us/eh/FoodPage.asp.
6. Proof of SCA membership for booth owner and any family or staff member(s), paying the member adult admission price. If registering as a non-member, be sure to add in the non-member surcharge.
7. Liability release form for you and ALL in your party (including children). [Any children which are not your own, must have two (2) copies of a NOTARIZED children's waiver to be with you at the event.]
8. Your GWW XII Pre-Registration Form for you and ALL in your party. If any member of your party has not sent in the Gate Pre-Registration form and payment, they will not be allowed on site until Wednesday when the general populace registration opens. NO Exceptions. Standard Gate Pre-registration will be open from June 1, 2009 through August 31, 2009.
9. Pictures of your booth and merchandise; only digital forms accepted.
10. Your stamped addressed post card, if you would like a confirmation of your packet was received. Receipt of your merchant packets as well as date of receipt does not guarantee a selling place.
