Gate Pre-Registration

Pre-registration is open from June 1, 2008 through August 31, 2008. Any pre-registration postmarked after August 31, 2008 will be returned to the sender. Please do not send anything requiring a signature as it will not be accepted.

Checks, cashier checks, and money orders will be accepted for pre-registration. Please make checks out to SCA Inc. - Kingdom of Caid. DO NOT SEND CASH. (ACCEPS will be available soon, for those who wish to pre-register by credit card. It is not currently available. Please check back later this month.)

Please be sure to send one form per person. Multiple forms may be sent together with one check for payment.

Land

Land Pre-Registration information will be forthcoming, and is NOT the same as Gate Pre-Registration.

• Adult Member - $45.00
• Adult Non-Member - $50.00
• Youth 6 - 17 (4th and more free) - $35.00
• Child 0 - 5 years - $0.00
• Dry RV - No Hookups - NO FEE - Length and Width of RV Required
• Horses - $2.00 per horse per day
• Dogs - $1.00 per dog per day

Notice to RV campers

Our use area of the park will NOT include any full hook up sites for RV campers. We can only provide dry camping spaces (no water, electricity, or sewer) in a paved or dirt lot. Dry RV sites can be reserved through the normal Pre-Registration process. Dry RV campers will be allowed to use the dump station at the full hook up site (approximately 1 mile from the Dry lot).

If you require full RV hook ups you must contact Buena Vista Reservations directly at (661) 868-7050 or visit their web site at http://www.co.kern.ca.us/parks/ to make a private reservation. This reservation WILL NOT include Great Western War site fees. Spaces are limited. The full hook up area at Buena Vista is approximately one and a half miles away from the war site via a park road. No transportation will be provided between the full hook up area and the war site.
