Notes About Gate: Cash ONLY

Please note: We will only be accepting cash at the gate. No personal checks, no credit cards, no cashier’s checks, no traveler’s checks. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please take this into account if you plan to pay upon arrival, and not through Pre-Registration.

Gate Hours

Registration at Gate - Day Fee (single day pass only)

• One DAY Only PASS FEE: [any one day]

• Adult Non-Members: $25
• Youth 6-17: $15
• Child 5 and under: Free
• Pets: $1.00 per pet
• Day pass is good from 8 am until midnight on the day of issue

Registration at Gate - Camping Fees

• Arriving: Wednesday, Oct 5 / or Thursday, Oct 6, 2008 - Only Pre-registered guests can arrive Wednesday before noon. Gate payment starts after Noon on Wednesday

• Adult Member - $50
• Adult Non-Member - $55
• Youth 6-17 (4th and more free) - $40

• Dry RV - No Hookups - NO FEE - Length and Width of RV Required
• Pets - $1.00 per pet per day

If you require DRY RV SPACE on site, you must use the downloadable GWW XIV Pre-Registration Form (PDF). Our use area of the park will NOT include any full hook up sites for RV campers. We can only provide dry camping spaces (no water, electricity, or sewer) in a paved or dirt lot. Dry RV sites can be reserved through the normal Pre-Registration process. Dry RV campers will be allowed to use the dump station at the full hook up site (approximately 1 mile from the Dry lot).

if you require FULL RV HOOKUPS you must ALSO contact Buena Vista Reservations directly at (661) 868-7050 or visit their web site at http://www.co.kern.ca.us/parks/ to make a private reservation. This reservation DOES NOT INCLUDE GWW SITE FEES. Spaces are limited. The full hook up area at Buena Vista is approximately one and a half miles away from the war site via a park road. No transportation will be provided between the full hook up area and the war site.
