Volunteering

You've heard the old saying that "many hands make light work." Please consider donating a few hours of your time to volunteer at the war. In addition to helping to make it a memorable event you will earn a monetary donation to your favorite SCA territory.

These are just a few of the volunteering opportunities at GWW XI.

Facilities Assistance

We are looking for four to five groups to sponsor a stone privy for the war. This entails making sure there is paper, light cleaning, and dumping trash (trash is cleared twice a day, minimum). In addition we also need a group to sponsor the second shower truck.

Chirurgeon (First Aid) Staffing

Do you like blood, guts, and gore (or maybe bumps, bruises, and scrapes)? Sign up for a time slot with the Chirurgeons Guild. We need Warranted Chirurgeons, Chirurgeon-in-training, and Scribes (helpers). There are day shifts and night shifts. There will be lots to do and wonderful people to hang out with. All who participate will receive a token for service, credit for volunteer hours, and an invitation for an end-of-war revel. See you there, Lady Blase di Angelo, Chirugeon, chirurgeoncaid-gww.org

Arts and Sciences

All instructors receive volunteer hours for teaching a class at Arts and Sciences. If you are interested in teaching, please complete either the
